an introduction to Physical Integration of the Voice: Workshops for new students

Friday, April 21st, 2017: 2:30-5:30

An introductory workshop for students new to the studio, providing a visceral experience of voice integration, body mechanics, laryngeal posturing, and optimal sound production. Workshops are offered 2-4 times per year.

8-12 students maximum

Pelvic Movement and The VoicE : a weekend workshop for women

Fri., Feb. 18th, 2017: 12PM-4PM & Sat., Feb. 19th, 2017: 2:30PM-6:30PM

A weekend workshop for women, unlocking how the pelvis affects the way that women breath and make sound.  An exploration of how the pelvis affects the voice and how blockages in the pelvis mirror those in the throat. 

10 women maximum

EXPLORING MUSICALITY THROUGH SONg: A weekly singing masterclass for all

Fridays, September 29th - November 3rd, 2017: 2PM-6PM

No class October 20th

Through a rich exploration of singing technique, optimal sound production, and song performance, this master class will connect each participant to a full, authentic, and expressive singing voice.  Open to experienced singers, as well as less confident singers seeking a deeper connection to their voices. 

12 students maximum
